In order to meet the needs
of our on-line customers we offer a refund on all regularly stocked merchandise. Please note that there will be a 10% restocking
charge on all returned merchandise. If you are uncertain about a pattern or style, we recommend you purchase a sham
or wash cloth as a sample to ensure your full satisfaction prior to making your final purchase.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and accompanied by
a copy of your sales receipt. Please return items in NEW and UNUSED condition, as we cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that
it has been used. If the product is opened, please repackage as originally shipped ; including all tags and product inserts. www.GreenLinens.net
reserves the right to inspect and return items to you that are not acceptable for return. All items properly returned under
this policy are eligible for a refund of the purchase price less the restocking charge & shipping/handling fees. www.GreenLinens.net takes absolutely no return on special orders or custom orders.

www.GreenLinens.net ships via UPS Monday-Friday excluding holidays. All orders must be
received by 1:00 P.M. MST to ensure delivery the next business day. Shipping charges are applied as follows

charges will be applied to all shipments outside of the contiguous United States. These charges are done on
a case-by-case basis depending on the weight of the order and the country the package is being delivered to. All
applicable duty, customs charges and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Due
to the daily fluctuation of import fees, brokerage charges and government taxes, quotations for such costs must be handled
through your local Customs office. Due to international billing information verification, order processing can take up to
14 business days.
